
Laura Hemmann is a seasoned corporate attorney specializing in corporate financing, capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions (including going private and de-SPAC transactions), securities compliance (’34’ Act periodic filings and beneficial ownership reporting), and other general corporate transactions in commercial activities. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive, education, information technology, semiconductors, software, AI, cryptocurrency, clean energy, agriculture, beverages, and other consumer products.

Before becoming a lawyer, Laura was a financial analyst and a marketing analyst at the former Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where she won the Westinghouse Total Quality Award for her contributions. |
